STOK Emballering Poland Sp. z o.o

This project consisted in construction of an office-storage-production building for STOK EMBALLERING POLAND Sp. z o.o. in the Goleniowski Industrial Park.
The office are is a two-storey cuboidal figure with a flat roof, designed as a brick building. Lots of glazing, the ALUCOBOND system facade. The colors and the recessed main entrance emphasize the contemporary modernist form of the structure. The rooms assigned for office work, display of products and the conference hall are situated in a broad train, along the external, well-lit walls of the building.
Assigned for the warehouse and production personnel, the welfare part has an independent access to the exit. Both areas are connected by a common kitchenette, which is to be used by all people employed in the building.
The storage-production area is a steel structure, walled with light panel walls, one floor, with a sloping roof (12% inclination). Designed as one-aisle hall, covered with steel truss rafter framing.
