OFFICE BUILDING
The building is designed as a three-storey, semi-basement. Work surface superstructure was enlarged by an additional floor with office space – these are large spaces of open office space with conference rooms and auxiliary spaces.
The building retained its original, raw form of rectangular. An additional floor has been fully glazed, and its supporting structure is mainly based on the pillars, thus kept the lightness of two storeys. The main element of formal object is a”package”of the upper two floors, designed with expanded metal stainless steel. Extra space between the crust and the elevation of the right was used as a buffer isolating the sun and as a space acting as a terrace. Fine mesh perfectly fit into the deciduous conifer forest background, while gently expose the raw body of the building without disturbing the harmonious landscape. The main entrance to the building highlighted by the use of large glazing and withdrawal of the front elevation.

PRINTING
Flat roof of the facility was changed to a gable to get a traditional form of the object. Elongated form of the building””przepruto vertical stripes passing the facade of windows in the roof. Large vertical glazing maintain consistent dialogue with the background, which is a wall of forest.
It was decided to use only black and white to give drukarsko-graphic character of the building. The main entrance to the building highlighted by the use of large glazing and withdrawal of the front elevation.

HOTEL
The existing building was converted into a hotel. The area was extended by building another storey superstructure, which are mainly hotel rooms and through the addition of multi-purpose room and a recreation area. In the basement are part of the social rooms, administrative, restaurant, spa and fitness center. On the first floor there are rooms with auxiliary spaces. The building has a basement – a basement room there are technical and economic.
