The airport is going to be used for needs of the following users: 1. Civil aviation – for regular and irregular national and international air traffic, 2. Occasional aviation, 3. Rescue and medical aviation, 4. Business and service aviation, 5. Public service aviation, mainly for the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, 6. Technical service and hangaring of aircraft, 7. Other activities related to aviation.
